CALL CENTER DEPARTMENT
We can call your friends, relatives and co-workers who are being harassed, threatened and intimidated by online lending agents, to explain to them what is happening and what they should do.
VERIFICATION COMMITTEE
Handles the verification process to become a full and verified member of PALSVi. It is necessary to fill out the form, submit 2 valid IDs, proof of billing, and video call with a verifier.
BUY AND SELL MONITORING COMMITTEE
This committee monitors the buy and sell pages of possible victims of debt shaming. They were also assigned to give or distribute a notice letter for the admins of the buy and sell pages about the posting or shaming done by the ola agents. One of their tasks is also to provide a notice letter for victims who request a notice letter for the baranggay.

This is to notify all the members of PALSVI regarding the Guidelines for Financial Assistance are ONLY:
1. For those hospitalized, with: a. Recent Doctors prescription (reseta) b. Proof that you have been hospitalized 2. Deceased family/relative.
